Karen has been an integral part of the Catalina service team since she joined the company in 2014. She has been taking a stepped return but is now set to come back on a part-time basis to further assist the Service Team. Karen was regarded by clients and colleagues alike, to be organised and efficient and will have a big impact on the already fantastic Service Delivery Team.
