Catalina customers ready for TfL’s changes to the private hire regulation

Changes to the private hire regulation are being introduced by TfL from Monday 27 June 2016.

 In particular, changes to booking confirmations means all private hire drivers, operators and private hire vehicle license holders operating within London must provide a booking confirmation to a passenger before their journey starts.

 The changes are being introduced to raise standards in London’s private hire industry, improving safety and convenience for customers.

 Catalina’s Freedom logistics solution already complies to the changes recently announced by TfL and as part of their programme of continuous development Freedom will continue to advance ensuring customers fully comply with future changes before they come into force.
