Founded in 1997, Catalina Software has grown to be a specialist in logistics software. With more than 25 years of experience, our software Freedom^®is recognised as the UK’s leading logistics software. We offer complete and cost-effective solutions for courier, transport, executive car and chauffeur companies that think globally and act locally.

Customers can access Freedom^®from a desktop, tablet or mobile device via on-premise or cloud-hosted solutions. Freedom^® has 30+ booking interfaces with the development of technology interface partners, plus a standard published interface, allowing customers to receive and send bookings anywhere in the world, through an integrated network of API’s (Application Programming Interface).

Freedom^®enables customers to streamline their processes and manage the full product life-cycle for client delivery globally. Our unique software products and solutions are developed in-house by our dedicated team of developers, who have expert knowledge and many years of experience within the industry.

Graeme Whiting

Managing Director

Graeme has 30 years’ experience in the logistics software industry and founded Catalina Software in 1997.

Prior to starting Catalina, Graeme worked as a Senior IT Manager at Hays Logistics on contracts for Marks & Spencer, Philips Electronics and Hays Express/DX.

Felipe Jorge

Software Engineer

Felipe has been a Web Developer since 2021 and joined the team in 2022 as a Software Engineer.

Richard Hardy

Chief Technology Officer

Richard has 15 years’ experience in software engineering at Catalina, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering. Having worked alongside Graeme, for a number of years, Richard knows the Freedom software inside out and is responsible for the ongoing development of new and existing Freedom products.

Fraser Barrass

Software Developer

Fraser started out as a Tester in his hometown of Worthing before deciding to go to university where he achieved a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering.

Malcolm Windsor

Senior Software Developer

Malcolm has over 30 years’ experience in software development and holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.

Karen Garrod

Service Delivery Supervisor

Karen has over 9 years experience within the computer software industry and is PRINCE 2 Foundation Project management trained. Karen joined the team in 2014 as Delivery & Project Coordinator and has since become Service Delivery Supervisor.

Helen Mahon

Technical Consultant

Helen specialised in in-house software before joining Catalina in 2018 as a Tester. Helen has since become a Technical Consultant.

Jade Neale

Accounts Administrator

Jade has 20 years experience in financial accounting, she has achieved her AAT level 4 diploma in professional accounting and holds a full member status (MAAT)

Prior to working for Catalina Software she has worked as a senior accounts assistant for The Environment Agency.

Miller Paterson

Service Delivery Consultant

Miller holds a BTech in International Commerce and is responsible for dealing with all technical and informational customer queries.
